A pharma client in Basking Ridge called us in early June for their annual employee-and-family picnic — 850 expected guests, two food-truck partners, a dunk tank, a kids' activity zone, an awards stage, and a hard 4 PM weather contingency. We installed a 60x120 frame tent, two 40x60 satellite tents for food and kids, a 16x20 stage with truss lighting, a generator-powered PA, and 80 cocktail highboys for the under-tent networking spine. Setup ran Wednesday and Thursday; the picnic ran Saturday rain or shine; teardown wrapped Sunday afternoon. That is the work.

Company Picnics

Our bread-and-butter corporate work. June through September is peak season, and most picnics we install combine a main dining tent, satellite food-and-beverage tents, kids' activity zones, and an awards or DJ stage. Plan on 6-8 weeks of lead time for a 300-guest picnic and 12+ weeks for a 800+ guest multi-tent build.

Annual Galas & Fundraisers

October through December is gala peak. These events demand a different package — formal seated dining (Chiavari chairs, 60" rounds, full linen), a stage for speakers and live auction, branded pipe-and-drape backdrops, and a sponsored-cocktail-hour lounge zone. We coordinate directly with your event planner and AV vendor.

Product Launches

Launches lean on branded environments. We provide custom-color pipe and drape, modular staging, demo platforms, lounge seating clusters, and the tent or canopy structure if you are launching outdoors at a corporate HQ campus. Tight turn-around builds — sometimes a single overnight install — are typical.

Conferences & Networking Events

Cocktail tables, PA systems, name-tag and registration stations, breakout-room draping, lounge seating, and overflow tenting when the venue ballroom maxes out. We handle the rental layer; you handle the agenda.

Holiday Parties

December peak. Many corporate holiday parties happen at indoor venues with a tented outdoor cocktail-hour extension, an outdoor smoking lounge with heaters, or a tented covered walkway between buildings. We install climate-controlled clear-top tents for the winter portion of the event.

Team-Building & Field Days

BBQ-style outdoor setups with canopy tents, banquet tables, picnic-style seating, beverage stations, and game-area shade. Often co-scheduled with a company picnic or scheduled as a stand-alone Friday afternoon offsite.

Wireless and wired microphones, lectern mics, speaker stacks sized to the tent, and a sound technician on call for events with formal speeches or live performances. Powered by venue mains or our quiet generators.

Branded Pipe & Drape

Custom-color drape walls in your brand palette, full-height room dividers, photo-backdrop walls, and stage backdrops. We coordinate with your printer if you have custom step-and-repeat or logo-printed drape panels.

Lounge Furniture

Executive networking lounges built around modular sofas, low-back chairs, side tables, and cocktail highboys. The right call for product launches, partner receptions, and donor lounges at a gala.

Catering Service Equipment

Chafing dishes, beverage stations, banquet serving tables, ice tubs, and the buffet-line infrastructure your caterer needs to set efficient food stations under tent.

Generators & Climate Control

Quiet diesel generators sized to AV-plus-climate load, tent-rated heaters for shoulder-season events, evaporative cooling and high-volume fans for summer picnics, and full HVAC for climate-controlled clear-top winter tents. We monitor fuel and load through the event.

Lighting & Linens

String lights, chandeliers, uplighting, and pin-spots for stage and centerpiece lighting. Linens in corporate-palette colors with napkins, runners, and chair covers for formal galas.

Booking Timeline

Corporate events book early. The bigger and more branded the event, the earlier we need to be on the calendar.

  • Company picnics: 6-8 weeks of lead time is ideal, 3 weeks is the minimum we can responsibly install. Peak corporate-picnic season (June through September) books out by April — get on the calendar in Q1.
  • Annual galas: 4-6 months is ideal. Custom drape colors, large stages, and seated-dinner rentals for 300+ guests require the longer runway.
  • Product launches: 6-12 weeks depending on branding complexity. Custom-printed drape and logo signage need 4-6 weeks of vendor lead time.
  • Holiday parties: 8-10 weeks. December is a tight install window with weather contingency baked in.
